My experience was quite disappointing overall. The reception service was not welcoming. the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful during check-in, which made me feel unvalued as a guest. Additionally, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. there were times when the housekeeping skipped our room entirely, and returning to a dirty room was frustrating.

The bed was huge, making it super comfy for crashing after exploring. The breakfast options were pretty solid too. Just wish they had coffee facilities in the room. All in all, a decent stay!
